Prashant graduated in 1999 from Karnataka University, Dharwad, and commenced his legal career practicing before the courts in Hubballi. In 2002, he moved to Bengaluru to join a pan-India law firm, where he focused on commercial litigation and represented local, national, and international clients across various judicial and quasi-judicial fora. Recognising the growing opportunities in real estate law, Prashant transitioned to this domain and went on to lead the real estate practice at previous organisation for nearly two decades.
